El ‘gaslighting’ a menudo hace que la víctima dude de sí misma. Por ejemplo, alguien hará o dirá algo abusivo y luego negará que alguna vez sucedió. ¿Te ha pasado alguna vez? La víctima comienza a dudar de sus instintos y cada vez confía más en la ‘realidad’ que crea y manipula la persona abusadora. También aumenta la sensación de dependencia hacia el abusador. Con la Dra.  María Virginia González (@mariavgt) profundizamos sobre este tema.
