#362 Brock Kelly - Life Updates Post-College, How to Run a 5 Minute Negative Split at Boston Marathon, Monetizing Your Content

Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us! On this episode, the boys had on special guest Brock Kelly! There was a lot to catch up with Brock about - last time we had him on the pod he was still in college. Now he is married, a 2 x marathoner, and working full-time as a content creator (plus a couple shifts at the local coffee shop for fun!). We caught up on everything going on in his personal life + even got some great marriage advice from Brock. We talked about both his marathon experiences (Boston went great, Grandma’s was a learning experience!) and also got some fun training stories. Brock was a great hang as always, enjoy!
