What is it like to take on the 7 Summits? Could you withstand the monotony of biking across the United States twice? What skills would you need to survive a month in the wilderness? This week we are chatting with adventurer Heather Werner all about her BIG EXPERIENCES!! Heather has been on a quest to finish the 7 summits. At this point she is so close with only Everest remaining! (Although she gave the world record holding highest haircut at Camp 3, she pulled out of her summit attempt due to liquid in her lungs.) In this episode, we chat all about her adventures, Heather recalls some stories from her time on the show Naked and Afraid, and she shares some survival tips for those who find themselves stranded in the wilderness.
