For some reason (it's been there for a couple of years), I never noticed that it makes any noise until tonight. I stuck the micro-recorder up near it (lodged behind 'The Mill That Murdered Eden') and recorded about 5m of the ticking accompanied by hand claps and other random wandering percussion. This, I imported into the 8-track and added three tracks of structured instant composition: (1) percussion -w- 20s looping, and (2) duelling Telecasters.
