Caller Monique's Question: "My husband has never once in our 30 year marriage initiated sexual intimacy and rejected me most of the time I did. He still seems unable to express any sexual attraction towards me unless we are fighting about it, at which time it of course does not come across as genuine. I am not looking for him to validate my worth or attractiveness, I can feel that way on my own. However, I do want to feel that the partner that I am with is sexually attracted to me as well.That is something that is important to me after a 30 year sexless marriage. The other part of this is, if he knows that I want to hear reassurance from him that he is sexually attracted to me, the fact that he won’t provide it unless we are fighting about it, is hurtful as well.
