Niall McConnell and Nik Healy, co-founders of Convergent. They have spent the entirety of their business life working with companies to dissolve information chaos in business which is a significant barrier to business growth. He heads up the Convergent business operation and oversees the commercial, finance and marketing functions as well as supporting the Solutions and Technical Teams.Nik has previously held Management Consulting roles in Ireland and Canada. Nik leads the Solutions Team at Convergent and is widely regarded as one of Irelands leading document & information management experts.
