Well everyone it's a crazy busy week and we're all getting ready for the summer tour.  Speaking of which this will be our first summer out without our leader, Mark Volman, since he passed away.  In honor of his legacy and wonderfulness we wanted to highlight our visit with Mark and revisit his playfulness and incredible history. Mark Volman, or Bossy as The Cowsills call him, is an American guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter, best known as a founding member of the Turtles. Mark shares his side of the story of getting into the music industry and forming The Turtles with Howard Kaylan. He gives his inside scoop into the minds behind your favorite hits, the story of how Chip Taylor was in his band, and how The Cowsills lobbied to get onto The Happy Together Tour.
