37: Healing From Heartbreak

In this episode I share with you a personal experience of heartbreak from early on in my healing journey.. This heartbreak caused me to close my heart and put up walls to keep anyone from getting in and hurting me again but I was unaware that I had done this.. For 5 years I couldn't seem to keep anyone close to me for very long and I thought there was something wrong with me..
