37: Heidi Heron in the hot seat

Today’s guest is Dr. Heidi Heron, a clinical psychologist, author, master coach, and internationally recognised trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP.For more than 25 years, Heidi has been helping people understand how the mind works and how to change the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. She has trained thousands of coaches, therapists, and leaders around the world to create meaningful and lasting change in their own lives and in the lives of others.Dr. Heidi holds a doctorate in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in adult education, a master’s degree in consciousness studies, and a degree in psychology. She is also a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, one of the highest credentials in the coaching profession.She is the founder of NLP Worldwide, a global training organisation based in Sydney, Australia, where she trains coaches, therapists, and professionals in the practical psychology of change and human transformation.Heidi is the author of several books, including The Wizard of Cause, 30 Days to NLP, You Must Learn NLP, Leading with NLP, and Choosing Change.
