There is nothing for you to do. Just listen to me talk about my first experience, learning Karate when I was 13 years old. It is a very boring story and you may find your mind start to wander, as I keep talking boringly about my experiences as a teenager. I also discuss some of the other contact sports I got involved with, such as boxing & Kung Fu. I talk about my memories of being in school and talking to my friend about his brother who attends the local Karate club. He was going to go and watch the class that evening. I asked if I could come along and he said yes. So, I did. I think it was a Thursday evening and the Karate class was being held in a School Gymnasium. I sat at the side on some wooden benches. I was really impressed with how everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, especially during the sparring sessions. I decided then that I was going to join the club and start the following Tuesday evening. In fact that is exactly what I did. I spent the rest of my school life there. When I left school and got a full time job, I stopped going to Karate classes, as I was working evenings. I also talk about a bunch of other stuff that I have probably forgotten about, so it's not really that important. Its all just a bunch of boring stuff to switch your mind off, so you can ease into a safe, natural sleep. Only listen to this boring sleep session when You can safely close your eyes.
