In this episode I talk with Louisa Jovanovich, the founder of Connect with Source and co-author of two best selling books.After many years in the beauty industry as a hairdresser in high end salons, she experienced first-hand the constant ‘comparisonitis’ and lack of faith in their own expertise that was happening at all levels in the industry, right up through the ranks of salon owner. This lack of confidence and not owning their self-worth effected their earning capacity and quality of life. And she was no different.
