Teamwork makes the dream work! One of the best ways to make huge returns in real estate is to create win - win partnerships by leveraging each other's strengths. A huge misconception for beginner real estate investors is that you need to have everything figured out yourself. You need the money, the knowledge, the perfect deal, the hustle, etc. YOU DON'T! You can be absolutely successful having a couple of these things. You can also go further leaning on your strengths and leveraging others than you could by trying to do it all by yourself.    Check out the Triangle of Real Estate Investing.
