#37 - 'Second Contact' Lower Decks Pilot
from It's Got Star Trek Hosted by It's Got Everything Media
We are introduced to four junior officers on the U.S.S. Cerritos. Join your Trek-thirsty hosts as they slurp their way through a new ship, a new crew, and a whole new style of storytelling in 'Second Contact' - the pilot episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks. Special Note: In deference to our international listeners who do not yet have above-board access to Lower Decks, we will avoid overt spoilers on our social media feeds and will begin each episode of the podcast with our spoiler-free reactions before digging into the fleshy meat of the story. Next week: We join the ensigns as they presumably encounter some shenanigans in 'Envoys' - the second episode of Lower Decks' first season. Note that this and all episodes of the It’s Got Star Trek podcast contain explicit language and, frankly, an unnecessary amount of offensive content, so the show is intended only for adults and really really cool kids.
