SOCIAL MEDIA ETI-KIT; The Rules of Engagement You’re doing social media wrong if:  1. You’re not engaging well.  you’re idea of engagement is posting more instead of realizing that no one is commenting because of two reasons 1. your copy isnt’ good or 2. no one knows you because you didn't build relationships.  Your responses are too simple - no more canned responses!  2. You’re being spammy or sales w/ engagement EWWW.  backdoor or front - doesn’t matter still gross. 3. You don’t care enough about what other people are doing - you need to get personal and care not just about your post - care about other people too. Do they know you? 4. You’re not adding value. Which is an annoying phrase cause what does that really mean?  Needs to be at least one of these things: shareable, implementable, aha-able,  inspirational (only peppered in inspiration, not ALL inspiration).    5.
