37: The Third Eye Chakra

𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕣𝕕 𝔼𝕪𝕖 ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 In Episode 37, I am discussing the basics of the third eye chakra. This is where we open to our psychic abilities and connect to our intuition. The third eye chakra is also the center of our clairvoyance, clear seeing, and is where we experience inner vision, dreams and imagination. Once we have awakened our third eye, our perspective shifts to a more spiritual lens and we are able to better discern what is true in this world. As mentioned in this episode, we all experience this awareness differently and the more we trust our intuition, the more similar experiences we will attract! Testing our intuition with guessing games and dedicating some time to meditation are great ways to open this chakra more. Our inner wisdom also can be accessed through our third eye chakra and can help us to connect to the guidance of our guides, angels and our Higher Self.
