She is married, has 4 boys and never leaves home without her red lipstick.  Noreen loves being an artist and a sculptor. The areas of focus in her office are: Anxiety, Couple Conflict, Depression, General Unhappiness, Infidelity, Loss, Grief and Heartbreak, Low Self-Esteem, Relationship Problems, Religious, Spiritual, or Faith Concerns and Women’s Issues.   In this episode we highlight: —Tips and advice for someone considering therapy. —Reasons why some may be fearful of taking the first step into therapy. —Learning to sit comfortably in the discomfort, in order to process what’s really going on.  —Therapy is a place to, in your time, find your safe place to break down and allow the issues to unfold.   —You have value. Period. For who you are, not what you do.
