370 Are You Doing What You Know Or Just Knowing What To Do?

I'm working with an amazing 17 year old student at the moment who is teaching me about people development by the way she is applying what I'm sharing with her.  I talked about what it was like having the perfect coaching client in a previous episode and this is another story about them.   It leads into why we often don't apply what we know and how I am looking at those lessons to help me apply what I'm learning in my own self development.   I share some simple techniques and strategies you can apply and give an overall self development framework that I use to help people become even more productive and that can be used for any personal growth.
