David Cole, a curriculum entrepreneur who operates entirely online and lives on the road as a digital nomad, joins us on this episode of LMScast. Our host Chris Badgett from LifterLMS, is here as usual. The majority of language learners that use Cole's services are young children from China. He connects parents with instructors at thetutorresource.com to teach the ESL curriculum to students. Cole utilizes LifterLMS differently from others. Cole essentially charges instructors a fee for utilizing the LifterLMS system to connect them with the students. The instructors mostly use it for screen sharing to teach the students and on-screen painting, in addition to using the plugin's primary functions. Additionally, Cole maintains a personal blog at ouroffbeatlife.com. He and his wife lead a nomadic lifestyle of constant travel, and he manages his business online.
