I get ignored when I bring no real value to the table. I know that as a man, I need to provide, produce, and solve problems because that's what creates utility. The more useful I become, the more value I create, and value naturally attracts attention. If I'm being overlooked, I need to focus less on being noticed and more on becoming genuinely useful.
