375: Coaching Yourself Through Struggle [+ Post Explant Surgery Update]

from Fit in Real Life

Do you feel exhausted? Demotivated? Burnt out? Stuck in indecision? Afraid? Overwhelmed? Stressed? Anxious? Apathetic? If you have a pulse, you've probably experienced these feelings at some point in your life.  We're told that challenges are part of the journey. We're told that challenges are an opportunity to rise.  But going through challenges and struggles can downright SUCK. If and when you need a bit of coaching to work through struggle and to get back on track, this podcast is for you! No one (not even me!) will ever coach you more than you will coach yourself. In this podcast I share how to coach yourself through the challengeing times. Because you and I both know that they are part of the process.  I also share an update on my breast implant removal surgery now that I'm 3 weeks post-op. I am so grateful you're here. If this podcast helps you in anyway, I would love for you to help me spread the message by: 1. Leaving a review on iTunes or wherever you listen to podcasts, 2. Share this podcast with a friend 3. Take a screenshot of the podcast (or a pic of you listening to it!) and share it to social media. Tag me in it so I can celebrate you! With so much love, Tanja x
