6th July 2024 In this Satsang, Sanjay discussed the nature of consciousness and the role of the mind in our lives, emphasizing the importance of detachment from the mind's illusions and the pursuit of inner silence and stillness. He highlighted that true freedom is attained when one realizes the truth of their nondual nature, beyond the mind and intellect.
