38: A wedding venue, a love story & a magical team~ 100 Acre Wood

Today we are chatting with the team from 100 Acre Wood. The owner Mary and Kevin met and fell in love in 2010. They had always felt a pull to the county and in 2015 they purchased the 100 Acre Wood property, knowing they would eventually be hosting memorable events. They hosted their first two weddings in 2017 which happened to be their own and then Mary's sister's. They now host weddings all season long offering a magical venue and serving possibly the best food you have ever experienced. Mary is a planner at the venue and makes sure each couple's wedding dreams come true. Kevin is in the back of the house cooking the most amazing meals with his team to make sure everyone is full and happy.They have built a dynamic and diverse team. Elizah is their in-house wedding planner. She works to ensure wedding perfection. Akshara is a wonderful chef, who collaborates with the team on creating custom menus and ensuring dining perfection.
