#38 Ako riadiť firmu v toxickej spoločnosti s Norou Laukovou

Je Slovensko psychopatická spoločnosť? Očami expertky na neverbálnu komunikáciu a forenznej konzultantky, ktorá v biznis masterminde DoNaha robila osobnostný profil našej krajiny, Nory Laukovej, zatiaľ nie. Ale za dva roky sme sa z konzervatívneho, rešpektujúceho "človeka" ako spoločnosť stali nervóznym "človiečikom", ktorý je frustrovaný, nahnevaný a nevie nájsť bezpečie. Nora Lauková už tretíkrát v DoNaha zašla do temnejších vrstiev spoločnosti a biznisu – manipulácie, patológie, ega, konfliktov a psychickej odolnosti v dnešnej dobe. Firmy sa za posledné roky učia ako odchytiť toxického človeka už na vstupe. Pochopili, že mať správneho človeka na správnom mieste je kľúč k zdravej a výkonnostnej kultúre: "Jedna destabilizujúca osobnosť dokáže rozložiť tím rýchlejšie než ho dokážete vybudovať," varuje N. Lauková. Ako podnikatelia a manažéri sa dostávame pod neustály vonkajší tlak a neistotu podnikateľského prostredia, kombinovanú s vnútorným tlakom efektivity, nástupom mladej generácie do pracovného procesu či umelou inteligenciou. V tejto epizóde preto prakticky rozoberáme ako nevyhorieť, ako ustáť konflikt, ako sa popasovať s manipuláciou, ale aj ako robiť kvalitné rozhodnutia v prostredí, ktoré sa mení na toxické, až dehumanizované.
