She is a UBC graduate in Asian studies with a minor on Asian Canadian Migration Studies, that is still in tuned with her Asian/Chinese side despite being diaspora. She is also a content creator with Youtube and TikTok being her biggest platforms (5k+ subscribers and 50k+ TikTok followers). In our conversation, we talked about her background, her Chinese-Canadian identity, growing up in an Asian enclave, her university experience studying Asian Studies/Asian Canadian Migration Studies, her interest in Asian cultures, her content creating journey and her goals and inspirations with her content creating path. Kristy is super cool and awesome so please make sure to check her out on all her socials!
