She is a clinical hypnotherapist and Women’s Empowerment Coach and she helps aspiring women to overcome anxiety, worry, fears and insecurities, so that they can feel confident, empowered and start living the life of their dreams! She combines NLP, hypnosis, coaching with an energetic approach. At university Stepanka suffered from psychosomatic problems and overcame her anxiety with hypnosis. We had a wonderful chat together and I am super excited to share this interview with all of you, as it will help a lot of people who suffer from anxiety during these crazy times with the corona virus!!!
