I am happy to have their Founder, Amanda Collier, on the show to share her story of battling for years with depression and anxiety and that life changing day when she courageously raised her voice and asked for help. It’s not all about raising your voice though, it’s about the other person receiving it and guiding you in the direction to get that help. Thankfully, Amanda’s cries fell on compassionate ears and she was able to begin her journey towards healing. Now, Amanda is giving others a place to be heard and to share their stories of pain, darkness, and healing, in hopes of raising awareness around mental health and gaining strength through numbers.
