Jess Jenkins, or as she is affectionately known online, The Mama Physio, is an advanced Pelvic Health Physio and a Pre and Postnatal Pilates educator. Since graduating with Honours from the University of Melbourne in 2012, Jess has gained extensive experience working in Australia and the UK as a practicing physio and Pilates instructor. On top of that, Jess is the creator of the Move app - physio led online workouts for pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic floor and core.
