38. Loneliness and Breakups with Janice

Loneliness can become a painful dynamic and emotion to cope with after a breakup. Not only might we really miss our ex and their company, but it can also be hard to get the person out of our heads and thus super challenging to spend time alone when a relationship ends. Today’s solo episode with Janice is all about how to make rocking time alone your superpower. And it comes from someone who knows what she is talking about! As part of this exploration of loneliness, Janice tells us about how she went from party girl to spending four months alone in Bali and how she learned so much from that time that she self-selected to isolate herself socially a couple of years later when shit hit the fan for her.
