38: Messaging: Touching The Future With Alienated Children

In today’s episode I want to revisit an idea we spoke about way back in episode 5, which was about parental separation in the movie Interstellar and other movies. It’s a great episode, thanks to Derick McDuff. It is a simple idea but one I have found useful over the years. The idea is using email, photos or other online ways to send messages to a child you are alienated from. Those messages may only be read years into the future, when your child has grown up, but they can help and I discuss practical ways to do this and considerations to keep in mind when messaging.
