Parmi les 600 000 personnes qui ont fui le pays, près de 40 000 se sont réfugiés en France, dont la famille de Raphäl Yem, journaliste, fondateur du magazine Fumigène et présentateur télé. Avec Grace Ly et Rokhaya Diallo, il raconte son enfance dans une cité normande et le silence qui entourait la venue de ses parents en France. Il revient sur son parcours de journaliste, du fanzine créé au collège jusqu'à son arrivée à France Télévision en passant par le magazine RER sur les cultures urbaines.
