His journey into this practice began in London, UK under the guidance of the London Shambhala centre. Later he was initiated into the Kriya Yoga lineage (from the famous yogi Paramahansa Yogananda), and his journey into the internal deepened in earnest. He furthered his understanding through learning from traditional practice in both Thailand (Buddhism) and Cambodia (Yoga and Hinduism).His unique, nondescript teaching style reflects a broad training and appreciation for the many wonderful teachers and styles he has immersed himself in.
