For many years I’ve encouraged my corporate teams and my coaching clients to take a more 100,000 foot view of the world. We all have a habit of getting lost in the weeds sometimes and it’s a useful skill to be able to rise above the chaos and survey the big picture. So it made a huge amount of sense to bring someone on to the podcast who could help us do just that.For space tech CEO Ryan Hartman, a life in the military, aerospace and defence prepared him for top leadership roles in some of the most cutting edge industries in the world.
