Shweta describes the culture in which she comes from as sexiest, patriarchal, conservative and religious - where women have no worth unless they are wives and mothers. A self-identified "black sheep", Shweta broke free from the conformity and decided to speak out against the womanhood = motherhood narrative which runs rampant in the southern Asian culture.
