Have you ever stopped and reflected on the things you think and say about yourself? I can guarantee if you did, there would be some pretty harsh statements you'd come across.  and this has to stop now. If we want to feel good about ourselves and our lives, our self-talk must reflect that and must reflect how we want to feel, not the nasty comments and statements our inner critic projects onto us. Your self talk is what is creates your reality on so many different levels, but most humans forget that we were given the gift to CHOOSE what we think about and to plant the seeds we wish to grow in our lives. Your self talk is currently planting the seeds for the reality you experience, its time to stop, slow down and be mindful about what seeds you choose to plant.
