Mary Tao is a multi-disciplinary designer living and working in San Francisco.  She is currently at Amazon working on making Alexa a system across devices.  Previously, Mary was at Campaign Monitor helping businesses connect meaningfully with their audience via analytics and insights.  Mary also created #100daysmagicrealism which is an exercise where she drew 100 drawings based on tweets from the @MagicRealismBot twitter account.  Mary talks about how she was able to find her own creativity outside her job which gave her the confidence to create her own projects and create better results at her job in the process.  She also shares her tips that can help you in your own journey to self confidence.
