She has been persistent and pushed through to do the work in BEcoming Her and has seen HUGE results in her business because of the epiphanies she's uncovered.    Rebecca is a Leadership and Certified Mindset Coach through the IGNITE Coach School who helps black corporate career women secure leadership positions and confidently get seen, promoted and paid as the leaders they deserve to be. Rebecca has helped women become potently visible inside boardrooms and around leadership tables, while staying true to who they are and what they stand for.   Rebecca, a mom of 3 including twins, is also an Associate Director leading a team of 13 in the largest global audit firm, and has transitioned into different leadership roles throughout her 10-year career.
