Don't you just cringe when everything is going in the wrong direction. You're beyond overwhelm. Frustration doesn't describe it when you are having a freak out moment.   When you are experiencing a freak out moment, you are out of control. Your emotions are running wild through your veins. And then what, you still don't accomplish what you were freaking out about. Nothing became better because you freaked out! What can you do when you are having a bit of a freak out moment?
