Leandris is proud to be in the construction industry. He says, “Construction is in my DNA…I’ve been around it since I was a kid. My Dad, my Grandfather, and my Great-Grandfather all came up in the carpentry industry. I’ve been in the construction industry for 19 years, primarily in healthcare construction. But, I started working and helping with fire restoration jobs when I was 12 years old.” Leandris Weeden is a Building Scientist and Superintendent/Lean Manager at Layton Construction in Nashville, TN.
