387 When No One Notices

There is nothing more frustrating than when you are working on something hard or something you've changed for the better --- and NO ONE NOTICES!!! What the heck?   We become obsessed with what others think and see and notice, that if it doesn't happen, we are quick to throw in the towel. Change what we are doing. And even stop trying and quit! What's more important? Doing what works for you OR living your life through someone else's expectations? What you do matters! It would be nice to receive the recognition, acknowledgements, the "that a girl", and "well done good and faithful servant". Being realistic, that does NOT happen! So how do you get beyond that...when no one notices? The K.I.S.S. ~ STWWA!!! (Stick To What Works Always!) - Angry Bird style ;0) Don't over think! Let the results speak for themselves. Continue to take A.I.M. (keep doing what works) Stay true to you! If you have 5-10 pounds to lose, most people won't see it. But you will feel it.
