39 | 2020 Declarations
from Forged FATHER FM Hosted by Forged FATHER FM
In this episode, I dig into my BIG DECLARATIONS for this upcoming Year. From running another ULTRA Spartan Race, competing in Crossfit, and beyond. I go on a bit of a tangent at certain points discussing WHY it's important for YOU to think a bit deeper about your goals. A lot of guys tend to just set goals without thinking about the COMMITMENTS you'll need to make in order to achieve them. There's a difference between setting goals and actually putting in the day-to-day ACTIONS to accomplish those goals. Give it a listen, take notes, then TAKE THE ACTIONS needed. To an amazing year ahead! =================== === Forged FATHER Resources === Join Travis’ High-Level Private Coaching Group, “The Forged FATHER Project” - For Ex-Athlete DAD’s who are driven to lose 20-30 lbs and DESTROY THE DAD BOD ONLY...
