Today I’m really excited because my guest on the show is award-winning, record-breaking, best-selling double classical #1 selling soprano and all-round beautiful human Joanna Forest. Joanna shot to fame in 2017 when she became the 1st independent artist to go straight to #1 in the official classical album chart with her DEBUT album. She is a phenomenally successful as a classical crossover artist with fans of all ages and also an ambassador and volunteer for Cancer Charity CoppaFeel following her own diagnosis at the very young age of 21. Joanna is passionate about bringing music back into schools and believes it is a vital part of children’s education, inspiring creativity and imagination which are key skills. In fact, we met over a workshop that she ran at my children’s school so I know first hand how powerful this can be! In our interview, Joanna shares SO much wisdom from how to deal with rejection and be more confident, to celebrating even your smallest successes and shares her top tips for turning YOUR passion into a business. Now I just want to apologise for some of the sound in this interview - we had a bit of interference on the line, but hopefully, it won’t stop you enjoying our conversation. And you’ll find all the links we discuss and for connecting with Joanna in the show notes at michellereevescoaching.com/39
