#39: Class-Struggle, Education, Music, Kentucky Politics, and More W/William Compton
from 805UNCENSORED · host Jordon
In this episode of the 805UNCENSORED Podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with William Compton, a 27 year-old openly-gay String Orchestra Teacher from Plum Springs, KY. In addition to being a music teacher for elementary, middle, and high-school students, he is also running for the House of Representatives in Kentucky's 2nd District and currently serves as City Commissioner within his town of Plum Springs William has lived in the Bowling Green/Plum Springs area his entire life. This experience combined with his employment at Mcdonalds while attending Western Kentucky, lead to the development of William's class-consciousness.
