#39: Together with family friends, Yvonne and Henry founded Legend Chicken 霸王别姬 (Flushing, NY) to highlight Taiwanese cuisine.   Interview happened 2 years ago, a few months after they first opened the Taiwanese snack bar. Happy to finally be sharing our conversation! I was in NY a few weeks ago and made a special trip into Flushing just to eat 1) Legend Pops 鹽酥雞 (Taiwanese popcorn chicken), 2) Bouncing Curds Q彈豆干.
