39: It's time to get unstuck and back in touch with who you really are and your purpose

You might wonder who you are without being part of the couple? Will you ever find someone else to share your life with? Will you ever feel true belonging again? And depending on the health of your relationship you might even question if you ever felt of value or were ever loved for who you are. So many questions and the answers can feel very elusive especially if you haven’t been asking yourself these kinds of questions so far. Perhaps you thought this is all there is. That this is as good as it gets. Why is it that some seem to have it all and you are destined to suffer or struggle? Maybe you need to ask different questions like: Who am I and what is home to me? Home being your truth, your values, your desires and dreams. Your inner self, your voice and your soul. Maybe the reason you are feeling so stuck, lost, devastated and heart broken is because you have no idea who you are. You don’t know what you want and you definitely have no idea how to make that happen if you do. Maybe you feel like you did so much, loved so fully and tried so hard but still you ended up here. I know I felt that way. I was resentful, angry and disillusioned. I really felt that “good girls finish last”.  SO, if you have been asking yourself who you are? What you want? And what your purpose is then you have come to the right place.  If you are feeling stuck and like you settled or that everyone else seems to take advantage of you and never give anything back then this is for you. So what do you do? What are the steps and tools? You know me - I’’m always going to give you those. But I want you to prepare yourself because this is not one of those quick fixes. It’s easy, but it’s an ongoing journey.
