#39 - James Carroll III

James Carroll III is apart of United States Navy in the Security Forces. This episode marks the 1 year anniversary of the podcast. One year ago, I dropped two episodes and one of them being Episode 2 with James Carroll Sr (our grandfather). So, this brings everything full circle for myself. In this episode, James shares his journey into the Navy and how his current experience in Spain has been. He mentions a lot about his inner struggles and battling demons with the help of therapy. We talk about our childhood growing up and the different circumstances we faced. Also, we discussed the importance of self healing and how intimidating it can be to start that process.
