39: Nick Bates & Supporting Men of Color

Nick Bates is the Assistant Director of Student Life at Loyola University Maryland. Nick is a sage human being with a love of appreciating the people around him and imparting knowledge onto his students, friends, and colleagues. And that's exactly what happens in this episode! I learned a lot in this episode - and I definitely do a lot of reflecting in the moment.I'm most thankful that Nick visited me at UMass Boston to have this conversation because it was great to chat in person - so you get to hear the buzz of my campus, which is awesome.
