This week I’m talking with Carol Banens about grief and the grieving process, setting healthy boundaries, and expanding your awareness of the present moment. Carol is a reformed self-sacrificer who, after the death of her husband, made the decision to transition from being a physical therapist to being a transformational life coach for women over 50. She realized that she has a lot of life left to live, she’s not too old to find her joy again and that it IS possible to create an epic next chapter.I’m grateful Carol not only agreed to share her story on this episode, she also volunteered to create a few meditations for the Fine is a 4-Letter Word community.
