39. What's Left When You Quit Vaping?

from The Quit Vaping Podcast · host Andrew Cipriano

One of the main reasons why we use substances like nicotine, food, alcohol, and abuse medications is because they allow us to tolerate lives that we are deeply unhappy with. When we quit, we are choosing to experience the whole truth of our livess. Although this can be an unconfortable experience, it is a transformative experience that allows us to understand and change what is no longer serving us. Although addictions create a sense of false happiness in our lives, they ironically make our lives much more UNhappy overally. That is the paradox of addiction. If you want to break this cycle and create a life that you don't need to get away from, you can check out my other resources here.
