On this particular sojourn, we welcome one of the renowned lyricists in musical theatre, Sheldon Harnick. Originally from Chicago he is regarded and revered as a legendary songwriter. A lot of his most beloved work he cowrote with composer Jerry Bock. Possibly the most beloved and famous musical he worked on would be Fiddler on the Roof, which debuted on Broadway in 1964. "Fiddler on the Roof" was the first run in theatre history to go more than 3,000 performances. He has written with some of the greatest composers ever, not just Jerry Bock, but also Richard Rodgers, Joe Raposo and Michel Legrand. Some of Harnick's other musicals you may know of would include Fiorello, She Loves Me, Tenderloin. For those who are interested, there have been recordings of him singing his songs. The Kingston Trio, Sarah Brightman.

The Paul McGregor Podcast Paul McGregor On the 4th March 2009, my life changed forever. My Dad, the man I looked up too, the man who in my eyes had 'everything' on paper took his own life. After it happened I struggled to deal with the grief, I buried the pain and found myself asking the question 'why' over and over again. I too then found myself struggling with depression and anxiety. This Podcast is all about documenting not only my own personal journey to discovering more about mental health and suicide, but to also document other stories too. It's time to talk about mental health, it's time to give it the voice it deserves and hopefully this Podcast can provide that. Hopefully this Podcast helps show others that they're not alone...Paul McGregor is an author, lecturer, a mental health advocate, husband, Father of 2 and avid Liverpool supporter. He shares daily content, giving mental health a voice across multiple social platforms and through speaking and workshops across the UK.<p style='color:grey; THE PAUL HALME AUDIO ADVENTURE Paul Halme Business, Fitness and Fun!
