3G shutdown pushed back (again) to Oct 28; RBA gov Michele Bullock to face parliamentary grilling

If there's anyone out there with a 3G mobile phone and you're worried about the service being shut down in a fortnight, you now have a two month reprieve. Telstra and Optus have agreed on October 28 as the new deadline after caving to pressure to delay the 3G closure. Also, Reserve Bank governor Michele Bullock to faces the House Economics Commitee and expected to double-down that interest rate look like staying higher for longer.
